Jawa Motorcycle Waiting Period Increases: Jawa motorcycles have gathered quite a hype and this has resulted in a long waiting period for both the Jawa 300 and the Jawa 42. The brand has received the bookings to such an extent that the waiting period for the Jawa motorcycles now stands at 10 months in some of the cities across India.

Customers from Mumbai and Kolkata have to wait for around 7 months for the deliveries. Delhi and Bangalore have a waiting period of around 8 months. Due to very high demand in Pune, it is the only city which has a 10 month-long waiting period. Apart from these cities, the rest of the places in India have a waiting period of around 6-8 months.

Jawa motorcycle waiting period has become a pain for the customers. Classic Legends recently also launched a Delivery Estimator but it is only useful for the buyers who booked the motorcycle online on or before December 25, 2018.

The company has recently also listed new accessories for its motorcycles on the official website. The accessories for the bike include crash guards, bar-end mirrors and a ‘Hammerhead’ extension that allows for multiple grab rail options.

The Jawa motorcycles are powered by a 293cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, which is good for a maximum power of 27 BHP and a maximum torque of 28 Nm. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed transmission. The Jawa range starts at INR 1.55 lakh for the base model of the Jawa 42 and goes up to INR 1.73 lakh for the Jawa 300 with a 2-channel ABS unit.
